عمل وترتيب محمد حسن هاشم ططري (حلب) بمساعدة حامد محمد صالح ططري (حلب و ازمير) سنة 1957 ميلادية.
وجرى إكمالها والتثبت من صحة الأسماء والأجداد حتى محمد جمال صاحب الفرمان من السلطان مصطفى الثالث ابن السلطان احمد الثالث عام 1182 هجرية بمساعي و معرفة الحاج احمد صالح ططري والحاج عبد الغني بن صالح ططري سنة 1976 ميلادية
حلب 1991 ميلادية - 1412 هجرية - اسطنبول 12 ربيع الثاني 1412 - 20 تشرين الاول 1991
بعدها في عام 2022، قام نديم محمد ماجد ططري بإكمال الشجرة وتوثيقها من خلال الاتصال بأفراد من كل جانب من العائلة وإنشاء نسخة إلكترونية من شجرة العائلة وتطويرها وتحديثها إلى يومنا هذا.
